I keep my CS6 serial number handy in a text file on my desktop and paste the number back in to CS6 whenever it asks. I am no longer holding my breath waiting for a fix from Adobe. I keep watching this tread hoping to see a real solution or word of an update to solve the problem. My CS6 still reverts to an extended trial on a regular basis. I am another long suffering CS 6 / Win 7 customer. I have 13.0.1 and supposedly this is the latest available for Windows 7 64 bit.ĭoes Adobe really have any systems people working on this problem? Why can't Adobe do some kind or work around or have your system accept indiviual serial numbers for those that are affected? I get suggestions to try updates, but they are for Mac computers. I have spent HOURS on chats with various Adobe reps, letting them gather data off my computer, trying various things and nothing has worked. I have Windows 7 64 bit and CS6 extended and have been fighting with this issue since January. Try rolling back to pre 13.01 state and see. It may be there are no people working on this, seeings as they may think it's just mac but perhaps someone will come along now there is new action in the thread. ![]() Hi Jeff, Having had this problem awhile ago on a mac the only thing that worked is to go back to the pre update (13.01) version and wait for a further update that fixes the problem and keep abreast of what's in this thread for possible developments.
